Updating to respond to the comment. It was a LKQ driver delivering to Gerber. It was your driver and I called your management team. I was basically laughed at and told they would talk to the driver as they know who it was. Have not received a callback since they said they would call. The company name was clear as day on the truck and confirmed by someone on your team that they identified the driver. Still no accountability. A parts delivery man was delivering items while I was in the lot of Gerber Collision in Munster. The truck driver honked so I started to reverse a bit to turn around and get out of his way. While I was reversing the truck driver honked at me constantly because he thought I was backing into him. I flicked him off as he was still on the horn as I’m actively moving out of his way. I went to the back lot and turned around to leave and the truck driver had parked his vehicle fully sideways blocking the only exit of the parking lot. This driver illegally detained me in the lot and management did nothing. The driver began to yell at a gerber worker and the driver locked the building door even though he is not a worker there. The truck driver told me that now I’ll be waiting on him. Management chose to have a conversation with the driver. Very disgusting behavior for a driver and is crazy they will let him to continue to operate their trucks after this behavior. Disappointing their only action is to talk to a driver who was verbally abusive and physically blocked me in somewhere with his vehicle. Should be immediate termination. Will be making a report with the business for further action.

Made a delivery tap LKQ this morning. Got me a dock door unloaded me. Took about 20 minutes Norman,the fork truck operator my unloader, unloaded me swept out my trailer, cleaned everything up and brought out my paperwork to me, outstanding place. Great customer service could not be any more happier
