I needed my bumper replaced and got two estimates. National Shop. Parts = $338.14 Labor = $ 1,107.00 Total = $1445.14 + tax Lake Bluff Auto Body. Parts - $268.28 Labor = $615.10 Total = $883.38 = tax The Chain/national shop charged more for labor and included parts that did not need to be replaced. Customer service and quality of work at Lake Bluff Body Shop is flawless. They even washed and cleaned the inside of my car. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Lake Bluff Auto Body to anyone who is sick of being hosed by big box chains.
