Good customer service and friendly people. Although VERY expensive…I recently brought my 2006 Mercedes C class here for a pre-sale inspection and left extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled. After a very basic inspection, I was told the vehicle supposedly needed $5,000–$8,000 in repairs, which is completely unrealistic when you actually look at the items listed on the invoice. The report mentions things like discolored brake fluid, worn tires, aged brake hoses, rear shocks, and a valve cover leak, all common maintenance items on a 20-year-old car. None of these repairs, even when priced generously, come anywhere close to the $5k–$8k number that was casually thrown out. This shop will look for ways to run up your bill.

I had always gone to the dealership for service, but my last visit was the breaking point. When my A/C stopped working, they quoted me $2,000 just to diagnose the issue. That was the last time I went there. I found MG Auto through my neighbor, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had a few issues since the A/C problem, and every experience with MG Auto has been amazing. They are honest, fair, and never try to upcharge, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!
