Let me start by saying that I have had by far the absolute worst experience with this company! My wife and I are both Active Army and we purchased our first home is April 2023. LRS covers our area for waste management and recycling. My trash and recycling is scheduled to be picked up every Tuesday. Both bins are at the curb, same spot, every Tuesday morning by 0430, like clockwork. Since April of 2023 our bins have been skipped, rescheduled, and ignored at least twice a month. Doesn’t sound so bad? Well let me further explain my frustration. Due our careeer paths, we work very long hours. Typically, we leave our home at 4:30 A.M. and we do not return home until after 6pm. So, follow me as I explain how that complaints everything much more. 1. Bins are at the curb at the curb at 430am 2. We leave our home at 430am 3. Bins are skipped or ignored 4. We return home at 6pm and notice they are not picked up. 5. We call LRS but they are now closed and we must call them the following day to reschedule a pick up that they missed. 6. Day 2: Bins are still at the curb when we leave home at 430am. 7. I take an unnecessary break at 7am to call LRS about this missed pickup and they promise it’ll be added to the drivers route for that day and I’ll be picked up by 630pm. 8. We get home around 6pm again to find both bins still full at the curb. 9. Can’t call LRS because they are now closed. 10. Day 3: Bins are still at the curb when we leave home at 430am 11. I take another unnecessary break at 7am to call LRS about the second missed pickup and they promise it’ll be added to the drivers route for that day and I’ll be picked up by 630pm 12. We get home around 6pm again to find both bins still full at the curb 13. Can’t call LRS because they are now closed. 14. Day 4: I think you all see the pattern here. At this point I have no patience, trash and recycling are over flowing. My garage is now used as storage for trash and recycling overflow. But, that’s not the worst part! I have to pay a $10 fine everyday per bin that’s left out past the scheduled pickup date. That $20 a day! Does LRS even attempt to cover that? No! Are they aware? Yes!!!! The most annoying part of this process is that every single customer service rep literally reads the notes in my file every time I call! They are all mind blown by the amount of missed pickups, reschedules, and calls I have made about the same issue but no resolution! I wish I knew why my trash bins we skipped so I can fix the issue. The first few times, I assumed it was because we were newly added to a route. However, I’ve been rescheduling missed pickups since April 2023 and it’s now Jan 2024. Crazy part, every other bin in my entire neighborhood gets picked up and not ours!!!!

I had a bad experience there, paid 102$ for 400pounds of garbage, it is the minimum amount you will pay there.
