First time getting service here. Our GMC dealer, in highland service department is just getting worse on every service visit. We were happy with the MTI service and are looking forward to making this one of many future and long term relationships in Cedar Lake

Took my wife car to this shop for a full service oil change a while back. I just called to make sure my information was correct. If they do a full service oil change, that means they fill the windshield was if it's low. WELL when my wife brought her car home she said they didn't fill the windshield wash, if they had they would have noticed that the plug on the reservoir was emptying, when I filled it the day of the oil change and when i filled the washer fluid came out all over my feet. So either they didn't fill it, or THEY pulled the plug and expected us to bring it back so they could fix this problem. I fixed. So I believe they were trying to take advantage of a 67 y/o woman. I would suggest to stay away. One way or the other, either they just didn't fill it or they pulled the plug. Myself I believe they pulled the plug on a 2019 chevy equinox. With 51,000 miles. Shame on them.
