Danville Auto just hit a home run in my opinion. It’s hard to find a good mechanic or shop that can do good work and try to build a relationship with you to get you coming back. Most of my experiences have been through the dealership and it has its issues. So going away from that and leaning on a shop to accurately diagnose what was going on with my duramax and repair it, was a bit out of my comfort zone. Carl and his crew put that to ease. He was very upfront, honest, and communicative when he had information. And to top it off, polite and seemed genuine. It feels good to know that I have a shop I can go to and not have to go to the dealership! Thanks Carl and the guys at Danville Auto!

Sending my truck to Danville Auto was a smooth experience. The gentlemen who took in my truck & who returned my truck to me were all fantastic and very friendly. On top of that, they text/email you an actual report (w/pictures!!) of everything they worked on. They were upfront with the pricing and did not start working on anything until I gave the go ahead. Highly recommend!

My first experience taking my 2014 Ram diesel truck to Danville Auto was the worst experience I ever had in 20 something years. Someone recommend me to Danville Auto and said they were the best. I live a hour away from there shop thinking I was going to get great service from Danville Auto, but instead I was talked to rude by the guy who answers the phone when customers call in , his name was Carl, seems like to me they were trying to rack up a big bill. Just because I was asking a lot of questions about them trying to charge me close to $7000 dollars just to put a heater core in truck and fix a small issue with my DEF system, $3400 dollars just to put a heater core in is ridiculous and another $3400 jus t to fix a small problem on the DEF was ridiculous. They need to work extra hard and do better on customer service. Ppl need to know this about this place . I would not recommend Danville Auto for anyone to take their vehicle to, too over priced at that shop, big lesson learned for me. Again Customer Service is terrible !!
