To be honest.....most of my experiences have been 5 star.....however today not. There is an older gentleman that is pleasant as can be and has been around for awhile along with a lady as well. They are always willing to help without asking. Today I got there at 240 pm and it was busy. When it was my turn in line I pulled up in my Honda van to the left of cardboard and right of paper and plastic. Granted most of the time my stuff is organized and cardboard broken down but not today but I knew what needed attention. Yes I was there for awhile (less than 10 minutes) and your employee I had not seen him before asked how much more stuff you got as I was checking my vehicle. As I was putting my seat belt on I could see in the rearview mirror him throwing up his hands in disgust of me pissed off for taking so long and speaking out in front of other guests. Yes he helped with my paper and plastic but what a RUDE JERK!
