We have had him work on several cars now and we have never once been disappointed. We had taken my car to a different shop and they had diagnosed what they thought was my steering system. Jay looked at what they had diagnosed and concluded that it was the suspension parts that they had replaced not even a year and a half ago. He was willing to call the other shop who did the work for me and explain what he found after which they decided they would warranty the faulty parts as well as labor. I appreciated Jays attention to detail and always being honest about the work he does.
