Called R & M Automotive to haul an enclosed trailer with a flat tire Saturday evening around 9:45pm. After waiting for over an hour and a half for a haul, upon arrival the driver stated they couldn't tow my trailer due to low clearance. Of course, this was after all details of the situation were given verbally over the phone. After the assessment, he shrugged and essentially left us stranded on the side of the road. Clearly this place is not knowledgeable about towing as another company with the exact same equiptment managed just fine. Highly unimpressive.

I was in a bind because AAA completely dropped the ball.. I just started calling local numbers and he picked up.. He was taking the day off, but he decided to have pity on me and come save me from the cold.. This guy is old-fashioned good, highly recommend.
