***NOT a SCAM*** They're Heroes!!! Our family of 5 was in trouble with our truck and camper nearing the end of a VERY long road trip. Our "roadside assistance" plan gave us the runaround and ultimately wanted us to wait 17 hours for the *start* of a window in which they might arrive. We saw a Benefiel repair truck on the opposite side of the highway, working on a Semi. We called the number on the side and the Janice was very professional and efficient. She called the mechanic and arranged to have him come to our situation when he finished with the trucker. Nate arrived in a little while, straight from his other call, and evaluated our camper tire that had blown a bearing and damaged the inside hardware of the wheel. He explained the initial service/call charge, and that the parts and installation needed would be additional. The parts were ordered from Nebraska City and delivered to our location. Nate installed them and gave us advice on how to safely monitor and assess the wheel on the rest of our drive, and what we needed to do in addition once we were 'home' 5 hours away. He advised us on documenting for insurance purposes, and guided us through the onsite payment process. The whole affair was over in 2.5 hours. I had no idea when we called them the magnitude of the problems they usually handle (see website photos), and I am humbled and SO GRATEFUL they took the time to help with our 'little problem' when no one else would. 10/10, 100% recommend!!! Thank you to Nate and everyone at Benefiel for their help that day. We made it home safe and sound!

Overall decent service. One thing is watch, they are dishonest when it comes to prices when you call them and when it comes billing time. I needed roadside assistance a new tire. call them to get a price and gave them my tire size. they gave me the best price in the area out the door around $800. When it came to pay the bill almost $1100. I can understand a $50 difference but not $300 that’s BS. I would not recommend using them but if you have to confirm the price with the mechanic when he comes out before he starts working on your equipment.
