We were quoted approximately $90–$99 for the service call and $150 per hour for labor to replace a 6-inch hose. The mechanic arrived and completed the job in 39 minutes. However, we were charged $450 in labor for a total bill of $700. The pricing does not match the original quote. We were also told different explanations regarding additional charges (including that the mechanic was “with another client” and later that he was “at home”), which is confusing and inconsistent. We requested clarification and a callback but did not receive one. We are sharing our experience so other customers can request written estimates and detailed invoices upfront. I can't believe the lies and bad business are these people. I deal with mobile mechanic through out the state and let me tell you they will charge you as what it is. THIS company are not honest. Chelsy tell us a price will be below 540 for only changing a whole of 6 inch. The mechanic you see on the photo came by and did his job. But they both charge us 700$ for a 39 min job. Let me explain we chose this company because Chelsy said 90 or 99$ since she changes prices a lot just to come do the service and 150$ per hour . She tell us the mechanic is working with another client that he will be there an hour.OK, he got here in 20 mins. She charged us 450 just for the labor cost to change a 6 inch whole that took 39 mins. They charges don't match. Then she says we charge extra because the mechanic was home . OK which one is it he's home or with a client.she said she's going to call us back and never did.

Called Thursday evening with a clutch issue. Was told to bring it in and they would take care of me. Mechanics worked from Friday morning until my clutch was replaced. Not a small job on my rig. Very fair on the rate and no major up charge on parts. I'll be back for sure if I'm in need. Hard to find a no bs shop with good prices and great people. Thank y'all very much for such a pleasant experience.

The service was provided by underqualified mechanics and was significantly overpriced. The final charge did not match the initial quote, and there was no recourse to dispute the difference.
