HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would give 10 stars if I could. I was fortunate enough to have the owner help me out in quite a pickle. I had just purchased a brand new 2023 truck and driven it off the lot earlier the same day, on the way home a deer decided to end the journey home early for me and the new truck. After multiple tow companies turned me down, Doug came through for me and not only picked me up after being stranded for 3 hours with no help from insurance or other tow companies, but he even brought me to my hotel. He is a phenomenal person overall. He was terrific to chat with the whole drive, he gave me advice, told me about his businesses, and even offered to buy me a snack at the gas station. He’s even been keeping me better updated on the situation with my truck than my insurance! I’ll forever be thankful for Doug and his company. I wish there were more business owners like Doug. He really came through when I was having a terrible day. If you want a real, hardworking, honest, and quality man to get the job done, call this company. I promise you won’t regret it.

They marked my tow as completed and never picked it up off the highway. Spent hours and hours tracking my car down to find out they never picked it up but marked the tow complete. Utterly unprofessional. Edit: called to get to the bottom of what happened and the owner Doug yelled and cussed at me about going through triple a. What a good guy

Highly recommended! Our trailer bearings got cooked on I-80 over Labor Day weekend. Doug & Cheri went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road again. We had called numerous other companies and either had no response or were told that it would take at least 3 days to get parts and have the repairs completed. Doug towed our trailer 50 miles to his workshop and was able to engineer the parts and fix the problem. He and Cheri were so kind, courteous and professional and they made a very stressful situation so much easier! Great people - we felt extremely fortunate that they were able to help us out and really appreciated everything they did for us! Thank you! :-)
