Ive known Chad for over 10 years. Is always realistic about when can get you in. He doesnt leave you sticker shock. Make sure you know eexactly what you need when you go in, or you may have to come another day weeks down the road. Chad has plenty of repairs lined up, and if you arent there for your appointment time within reason he will have no hesitation to start the next job and you may find yourself at the back of the line. Chad and I have gone to same church together, and we both like fishing. To be honest I wonder if he is charging enough. The whole time I have known him he has always been skinny. I worry about if he is getting enough calories, and I am worry about him starving to death one of these days. All kidding aside, I feel damm lucky I found him my first try in Red Oak. I always enjoyed visiting with his dad Randy, and was sorry he passed away. Now I have no doubt there are many competitors that are worth high praise. Consider giving Chad a try. Please don't come to the shop with Scrooge McDuck cheapass mindset.
