Roy is an amazing guy!!!!! So helpful and professional. I was stranded, all alone, (I’m from Wisconsin) with a flat tire that was extremely difficult to get changed and he totally saved the day!! Would highly recommend!

Stay away. Was told an ac compressor would be teplaced on wednesday. He said he wold call when the the part came in. Never called. Waited till after 12 on Thursday without hearing anything so I called him. No part. Would be in in the morning on Friday. No call so.I called again, be in on Monday. No parts on Monday. Again . Express my deep concern that the car would not be ready on Friday when. I had to leave town.he assured me it would not be a problem.Wednesday still no compressor so we agree I go by advanced auto parts and bring it to him in the morning ( Thursday) being it in and told her can't do it because his friend's ac tool just broke yesterday. He had mentioned this yesterday but we agreed to bring it on and off nothing else the new part would be on the car.. Then he wanted me to leave him the car and I would pick it up in the afternoon. There is absolutely no way in the world I was going to trust him to do the work once I left. I am 1000% certain the part would have never been installed and he would have never even picked up the phone to tell me. STAY AWAY!!!!! Over a week and now its of to Texas in July with no AC .
