RJ and Rob maneuvered a steep, ice covered hill to get me out of a bad spot. I was convinced that they were going to tell me it was too slippery but they brought out the right rigs to get me out and did it safely in a timely fashion. I felt the pricing was very fair for the job they had and they were very cautious of the limited spots they could hook onto without damaging my car. I hope to never need them again, but will be the first I call if I do!

This company is a JOKE. I understand the negative temps over the last couple days but the professionalism of both the dispatcher and owner is appalling and how money hungry these people are is disgusting! Now to give more perspective... as of 930am on Friday 01/23 a call was made to get a tech to come out and fix the truck (which keep in mind, the truck was across the street) because due to best efforts the truck gelled up. Was given a 3 hour ETA which was fine. 3 hours later no tech, another call to the company and dispatch stated another 30 minutes to an hour. Waited... no tech. Called again and was informed another tech was coming out and should be there in 30 minutes to an hour. Waited... again nothing. Called again and was informed that the owner made the call that every truck had to be towed to the yard and no techs were going out and new ETA given was an hour for the wrecker which they are charging $350 to go across the street... Waited AGAIN and still Noone... by the time a wrecker showed up it was almost 2.5 hours after the original ETA given. And if it could not be any worse the wrecker driver that was sent was WITHOUT proper equipment to get the job done. It took almost 2 hours to get the truck towed to across the street. By the time the truck got there the mechanic had barely done anything when he was informed by the owner to get out of the building. Conversation that was exchanged was that he had been working 36 hours straight with a child in the hospital. Like COME ON!!! so 930pm rolls around and still no truck fixed and was brought up to a hotel for the night. Come morning time this company just kept lying and lying about the truck being done or the wrecker coming to pick up and bring back to the truck. By this time the broker for the load has called the company and was given a new ETA of no longer than 2.5-3 hours till completion. Would you believe me if I said it wasn't even started until the 3 hour ETA and to make matters worse someone had come to the establishment and turned the heat down to where the truck wasn't even thawed out a smidge (which was the intent after turning the heat up). By the time the truck was fixed the company wanted to charge a 2 hour minimum at $200 an hour (which was never told in the first place) and then the owner had the nerve to state "given how long the truck sat in my shop i believe its only fair" which isnt given that the truck would have been done last night if the mechanic wasnt told to get out of the building. All the owner wanted to offer was $50 off each hour of labor charged which is better than nothing BUT a simple fix should not have taken 30 hours. Dispatcher made this whole processs a joke and honestly I HOPE this company gets black balled. The way this company conducted themselves in every aspect is sickening. Will never recommend! EVER!

ZERO star review! I had super DISAPPOINTING experience with this towing company. Very Misleading pricing and POOR Customer Service!!! After the service was completed, I was charged extra fees that I never agreed to and was not informed about upfront. On top of that, without knowing their task completely, they moved our empty truck/ trailer to 1 mile away truck stop. Our truck was already on the road and got drifted away due to black ice, they charged us $3700 for just an hour long job. Attaching photos for your reference. Overall, the communication was poor, the pricing felt misleading, and I left feeling taken advantage of. I WOULD NOT recommend this company based on my experience. The lady on the phone was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and THREATENED us to bound our truck and also mentioned charging us extra if we will call them back again.
