I had been looking for a used F350 for a few weeks, I live in Colorado and was willing to travel for the truck I was looking for. I spent some time looking at trucks at other dealerships and some of the dealerships were here in Colorado where I was dealing with your “typical salesman” they just wanted me to sign paperwork. My friend was also searching for trucks for me and he came across this F350 at Forest City Ford in Iowa, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ben (the owner) on the phone, right away you could tell he was down to earth, honest and just very transparent about the vehicle that I was inquiring about. He took the time to answer all my questions about the truck that I had. Even though their pictures were very well taken of the truck on their website, I asked if I could get some more pictures of the truck and he said absolutely. So the next day not only did they provide me pictures, but his son Brett took the time to FaceTime, show me the truck and show me on video any questions I had about the truck!!! So that’s when I contacted Ben and within minutes we negotiated on price without getting haggled like other dealers! There were no hidden fees, basically no time was wasted and we made a deal in minutes which is valuable to me! So I made the 11 1/2 hour drive to go pick up the truck, once I got there the truck was better than what it was in the pictures. They had it detailed to perfection! Then I did all the paperwork with Michelle which was very friendly and easy to work with and they had me out the door in roughly 1.5 hours. It was probably one of my best vehicle buying experiences ever! It just had a vibe where you just weren’t another number coming into buy a vehicle they called me on my trip up there and when I got home!!! That is awesome customer service!!! I would definitely recommend Forest City Ford to anyone that wants a good vehicle buying experience!!! ~Chad Anderson

They had tv available in waiting room and it would take about an hour, and then things went wrong and it would take another hour but they offered me the courtesy car and I was able to go look for changing colors in parks near by and had an incredible day. The staff is certeous and friendly. Keeping me informed and have a nice private restroom. I felt comfortable and had a very nice day exploring around Forest City. Thank you!

Service is always fast and courteous! If you have to wait, there is a comfy corner and you can help yourself free WIFI, water, coffee and popcorn! Allison and Luke and Brett are awesome!!
