This place well rip you off!!!!!!! I had my car parked up town of Hampton in a handicap zone and there was no sign anywhere a long the whole side of the street that I parked on and when I came out to get in my car it was gone and I had to call around to find it and when I found it the police Mark Morrison told me I have other unpayed tickets and there was a hold on my car until I pay them off and then I could get my car out of the Pound and the cost to have it towed 6 block's and for the lot fee was 150.00 dollars. I tried to explain to them that I'm on a fixed income and I don't have that kind of money but they wasn't even welling to work with me. They take advantage of people that they know that they can money out of them. But this time it not going to happen because I'm going to City Hall and desput all of the tickets and be reimbursed for all of the money I had to get my car out so I could make it to my doctor's appointment that next monday...

Went above and beyond. Had a wheel bearing go out on our trip to Minnesota, but brought us back to his shop with the tow off the highway and fixed the problem on this 4th of July holiday weekend. Thank you for helping get us up and running again. You’re a good man sir!

We had to travel six hours round trip to pick up a vehicle. They worked with us as we had many specific questions and needed to know if the vehicle was driveable or would have to be towed. The exceptional service was above and beyond. Extremely personal and very friendly! They made a long drive less stressful. So thankful they were there to help us!!
