As my grandma said, "It looks as good as the day I bought it!" Butch Gruelke Auto Body did a fantastic job restoring my truck after an accident classified it as a total loss. They gave me a detailed estimate and a time frame to fix it. The other driver was from out of state, and I had a hard time getting an adjuster to come take a look at it (about 5 months). Luckily, Butch took lots of pictures for them so I didnt have to wait longer. The repair process didn't take that long and they updated me on the progress. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my truck! Everything they repaired was on a detailed invoice for me. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Some of the folks who work here are great and some of my prior experience had been good. However, my last experience here left a bad taste in my mouth. After damaging my bumper I took it here to have it repaired. The repair consisted of gluing my bumper on, which ended up not holding whatsoever. When I brought it in to have the work redone I was told it was possible and I’d need a new bumper and was given a quote. I decided to get a second opinion from one of Butch’s former employees, who was able to remove the remaining glue and installed new brackets to hold the bumper up properly, I did not have to purchase a new bumper. I’m not sure if it was a cost cutting measure or apathy, however the service I had here was subpar at best.
