This place is great. I was stuck in Minnesota at a Love's truck stop. I thought my tire were spinning was just because it was just icy and snowy. Turns out, my trailer breaks were frozen. I tried everything I could to unstick my breaks. My company called Russ'. The driver showed up as quickly as he could considering how bad the roads were at the time. The owner and driver called to touch base and let me know where their driver was and how much time I had until the service truck got to me. When he did arrive. He was polite and got straight to work after confirming my problems. He had my breaks free in no time flat. And just like that I was back on the road. He offered tips on how to prevent my breaks from freezing again and how to better help myself if I end up in another situation like that again. I highly recommend this company to anyone that finds themselves in a bad situation on the side of the road or a similar situation to me.

Absolutely amazing people! I was having an issue with my semi building air, they came out quick, diagnosed the issue & had me fixed very quickly! If I’m ever in the area again & need assistance these are my people! From Russ, his office assistant to the mechanic everyone was great & very friendly! Thanks so much yall! ?

Russ personally bailed my family out on a Saturday morning, an hour away from his shop. Rescued our RV from West Union when we were dead in the water. His techs sniffed out the problem and got us back on the road in 2 business days. Communication was excellent and they treated us better than any shop I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend this shop for any towing and or repairs to anyone needing help in northern Iowa or southern Minnesota. Thanks Russ and team.
