Literally threw keys at a woman and told her to "take it somewhere else!" ...she just asked when they would get an estimate after their vehicle had been there a week. I sure don't want to put myself in that situation to be so disrespected. We'll go back to Shade Tree. They do great work and are super respectful and kind.

Really appreciated their honesty in the brakes evaluation. My daughter brought her car into a brake shop to do an oil change and requested to have the brakes checked. They told her she needs $1,050.00 brakes replacement. Brought it to FinishLine and they honestly told me that they can't find anything wrong that needs fixing. No charge! That's how you gain customers! Thanks!
