I was skeptical coming here when my car failed but my normal shop did not handle hybrids and these folk came highly recommended! They clearly communicate everything and costs upfront. The experience was so great and when I picked up my car they were super friendly and even followed up to make sure the car was working still! Amazing people and they support their local girl scout group and my desire for girl scout cookies but chronic lack of cash. So thank you! Also if you're buying a used car, take your car here. The inspection is a bit pricier than other places but it is SO WORTH IT. You get photos, general idea of how urgent problems are and it was waaaay more indepth than the other place I went to.

Alex was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my car and sent me explanations and pictures of items that need attention. In the meantime he ordered the part needed and repaired my car the same day. A pleasurable experience and I will return.
