Stay away from this company. PERIOD. Demanded payment from my daughter even rough it was contracted road side service. Insurance company validated they were paying direct. Driver and lovely dispatcher completely didn’t understand roadside service contract with major fortune 5 company. Demanded payment immediately or they would drop my daughter. Hung up on me after I asked for him to speak with the insurance company. Dropped my daughter’s car and left her and her pup in 12 degree weather. Thank goodness hired driver was there to get her and witnessed this. Filed a formal complaint. Over 35 years in this industry and never imagined I would receive this type of treatment. Also failed to understand I was the owner of the vehicle but they would only speak to my daughter. I suppose because they could make a quick buck or shafty billing. When you loose business, I guess you really don’t need or care for a solid customer base. Hope they are legitimately bonded. Yikes.

Got a flat tire on my EV and call them up to get a tow. Gave them my location, they were there with in the hour. appreciate the fast response time, Considering I did not have an appointment. Backup to the front of my EV and hooked up, Told him where I wanted to go, and of we went, When we got to my destination, pay with card. Unhooked. Super easy, No Damage to EV that I could tell. Would use again. Thanks guys.

Our insurance company contacted them to assist me and my family with a flat tire. Three hours later, no tow truck. Our insurance comapany followed up to inform us that Always had REFUSED the call for service. Don't call these bums.
