I don't know anything about their mechanic and ability but I do know their towing service is horrible, I crashed my motorcycle and they come to pick it up with a wrecker I had a trailer that was attached in which they broke the handle on while they were trying to haul it. When I went and picked it up they loaded everything for me on a trailer and when I got home I noticed that things that were locked in my trailer that they had the key to because it was on with the motorcycle key fob and the alarm was going off so I gave them the key fob. I was missing several things out of the trailer I also was missing a cooler a leather Harley jacket and a Camelbak they said the stuff must have fell off the truck while they were hauling it and they're not responsible, lost about $500 or $600 worth of stuff that they are not responsible for when I talked to the tow truck driver. would never use their service again if I could give a zero star I would.
