I was visiting my son in Des Moines and heard noises from my rear brakes, I had no idea where to take my truck for a competent and honest auto repair shop. I was referred to Gary's auto repair by the dealer where I purchased the truck. I was greeted by friendly staff, explained my problem and fortunately they were able to immediately check and confirm brakes were bad. They gave me a great estimate and showed me the issues every step of the way. In just a couple of hours they replaced brakes pads, rotors and emergency brake shoes with excellent results. The cost was very reasonable and I felt confident in the mechanics abilities. Gary and his son were extremely personable and I felt comfortable during the wait. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them to others. Thank you Gary and staff for a job well done!

Dependably reliable, we can always count on timely work completion, exceptional quality repair/services at fair prices. Gary (& crew) are not only very professional, but are genuine and friendly. I've always felt like only Gary's consistently shows conscientious concern that there's NEVER a "good" time for car trouble-so, whenever possible, he helps minimize the added stress that comes with it...I, for one, really value & appreciate that A LOT!
