I had my Mazda tribute to a number of mechanics and Kens was the only mechanic that took the time to diagnose the problem when there were no logs in the computer. The back 3 spark plugs were so loose he could take them out with just his fingers. This was causing occasional misfires. Very busy shop, just 2 guys but worth the wait
