I had a great first time experience with Dylan, and the team at All Pro. Told them what I needed and suspected the issue needing repairs. They confirmed, got my set up with an appointment immediately and worked within my scheduling needs. Overall thought the pricing was very competitive across the board for most shops in the area, and in all actualities it was much less, which is great. Who doesn't like to save money on auto repair??? Also lastly having multiple payment options available for me in my case was also a huge win. Bottom line, they came in when needed, got the job done when needed, and it was priced below what I had anticipated, plus like I said multiple options to cover my out pocket expense and my bottom line. Kudos to All Pro Service Center. Well done job by all!!!

Took my suv in about a month ago, to have the breaks checked because they sounded bad. Paid the 80$ to confirm my suspicions, was told back breaks were metal on metal. Took my car elsewhere to have breaks done because 1100$ for 200$ in parts was a bit steep. Drove my car for the first time 2 days ago and the rattle and shaking or my car sounded like a helicopter. Never sounded like that before. Drop car off and get a call asking where I had previously taken my car because EVERY SINGLE ONE of my lug nuts were loose and they took them off with their fingers. Which could have ended badly. Do not recommend this place. Even communication was horrible, was trying to go through my work schedule to see when and the guy at the desk said you can take papers and leave. Which is why I looked elsewhere. -Edit: correction on quote for service was for breaks and rotors. As previously stated I had not even driven the vehicle 100 miles, so for all my lug nuts to be taken off by hand by another place is absolutely ridiculous. Even with weather conditions being far colder than it was over month almost two months ago. Since they want to be specific here’s a copy of the actual quote. Not worth the time or money to even have your vehicle looked at for 80$. But for future customers please be sure to check your lug nuts!
