Amazing business with great mechanics and fair prices.

Jay seemed very nice. The car that we bought from Jay turned out to have major engine problems. We don't know if Jay knew it had problems before the sale but it gave out in 3 weeks. We are left with a junker that needs lots of additional money spent on it to make it usable.

I'm from out of town and was traveling through West Union when I had a break line bust. I called Jay's Automotive desperate to get it fixed asap. Jay's mechanic, Jeremy answered the phone and offered to take s look. When I arrived, he dropped everything and started right away on my brake line. 2 hours later we were on the road again, and I was very pleased with the charge. They could have price gouged me, but they did not, and the work was exceptional.
