Avoid this company. Before calling them, ask clearly how much they charge per hour. My trailer tire got stuck while I was reversing at a warehouse gate. I searched Google for a tow company and found this one about 3 miles away. The driver, who looked like the owner, came and pulled my truck out in about 5 minutes. After that, he asked me to pay $1,500. I tried to negotiate, but he started arguing and yelling. He even called the police. While we were waiting for the police, he tried to fight with me and hit me with truck door. I was outside in the rain while I was paying Him got punished by higher-way robes. My truck has cameras and everything was recorded. I had a load and was in front of the warehouse trying to deliver. I offered to pay, The police were present when I started paying. but he refused to take payment there and told me I had to go to his shop. I followed him and ended up paying $1,568.42. Because of this delay, I missed my delivery appointment, got a late fee, and lost three days of work since it was Friday and the warehouse was closed for the weekend. I believe this company has experience taking advantage of drivers. I plan to pursue legal action because I was harassed and physically hit. They also took a copy of my CDL and pressured me to pay before I could leave.i paid but he told me if will sue him he I need cash or check unless I can’t. If anyone knows a good lawyer who handles trucking or harassment cases, please contact me.

Had a wheel bearing failure on my loaded trailer these guys were on the ball getting me trans loaded and back to their shop and back on the road in a timely fashion. Also Tony is a car guy which I also found pretty cool. Overall I had a great experience with these guys and will gladly recommend them to anyone in need of any help in the northwest Iowa vicinity

They towed my truck across the street, warm it up, drained my frozen air lines . They are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They are little bit on the expensive side. Thank you team Mr Tony, Joe and my tower “forgot his name - sorry”
