I put new tires on my pickup, had these guys align it, I had to take it back with less than 6000 miles to show them how bad my tires were wearing. He blamed it on front end parts even though it was a completely new front end. So I entertained it and replaced what he claimed was bad and took it back. He did it again and it was worse. He ruined all 4 of my tires and would not stand behind his work one bit. 1500 bucks out the window. Quality isn’t in his work.

Doug and his crew have always taken great care of our family. With 5 vehicles on the go all the time, they are always prompt to get us in, diagnose issues promptly, make sure they explain the problem thoroughly and give us options before fixing anything, which I appreciate very much. With 3 kids going back and forth to college, some a few hours away, having a safe reliable vehicle is imperative. If we ever have a mechanical issue come up, Doug has always been awesome about fitting us in and making sure we're well taken care of. Very customer friendly shop, good hometown family values. The pickup/drop off option for our vehicles for regular maintenance or repairs is so handy and one less thing I have to hassle with - LOVE that feature.
