Highly Recommend Westside Auto Pros! I cannot say enough positives about this team! What an absolute gem of a business to have access to! The professionalism of the whole crew at Westside Auto Pros is amazing, but beyond that professionalism is their overall kindness, generosity and ability to have you feel like you are family – and to be clear, you ARE treated like family! If I could give 10 out of 10 stars to Jen I would! What a wealth of knowledge and experience! She walked me through 3 months of the hardest repairs I’ve gone through with my car. Overall, just an outstanding place to take your car for anything, know and trust that the work is being done correctly and will last, and most importantly, feel comfortable putting your total faith in their ability to do the job right and that you’ll be treated right. Who you can count on when your vehicle needs help. It can be stressful when your car suddenly breaks down, and you need a tow. All your routines instantly get shaken up. You're unsure what steps to take next. Westside Auto Pros not only made it easier for me when my vehicle broke down, but they provided incredible service! They showed up quickly and the process was easy as can be. The tow-driver, Tanner, even went above and beyond for us! He offered to look under my hood, and he found out what the problem was before I even got my vehicle to a garage. Customer service doesn't get any better that. I can't recommend Westside Auto Pros enough. If your vehicle is in any trouble, they get the job done and they make it easy. Thank you again!

Man, I was a first time customer today and I’m in the midst of a move. I called up to Westside to see if they could get me in to even look at what was going on with my truck. I talked with Jen, and she was sooo helpful and so friendly. In the midst of this move money has been so tight, so of course my truck had to break down. I wasn’t able to cover the fix that was needed, and Joe ended up taking care of everything for me! He fixed the problem, plus made sure my truck was 100% ready to be road safe for this move. I genuinely don’t think the people here at Westside realized how much they helped me and how much they blessed me today. They were so quick about making sure I was taken care of and did everything in their power to make sure I left happy and satisfied! I have a few friends and family in this area and I will be telling everyone how AMAZING you guys are! I genuinely can’t thank you guys enough!
