It's not worth a 1 star rating. The guy's rude and hangs up on you! Won't tell you his hours or allow you to pick it up when he lives right there on the property. Making report with better business bureau! Made it set for 3 days longer when we could have gotten it the same day! 400 for towing to another county and 50 a day for storage! Was 550.00 to get out. Highway robbery! Praying they will shut him down for all the reports to the better business bureau! The man has no humanity in him! No heart! You can tell they went through the van looking to see what was in it because things were out of containers, lids were not put back on. Waiting to get back to Iowa to see if anything is missing.

Now that I read the reviews I realize we are just one more person to be ripped off by this guy. My husband locked himself out of his semi just down the road from Mike’s LLC. When he called they said it would be cheap because he was close. Normal cost for this anywhere in the states is around $100. Once it was done he was charged $250. With them saying it was because they chose to drive a flatbed tow truck to him to do the service

scam artist. Towed my car 9 miles, told me itd be 350 and then charged me 430,,,,, but told my dad it'd cost 250 for the same distance. When I called him to ask why he overcharged me 200 dollars, instead of being an adult hung up on me. Not how you run a business at all. Didn't want to take the time to explain to me why it costed that much, if you don't like your job Mike find a new one.
