This company was quick, they estimated an hour but it was maybe 30 minutes. Xavier was very kind and professional. They sent a text confirming they will be my tow service, a text that Xavier had arrived, then even a text to show where the tow truck was in live real time! They had my car to the facility in a timely manner as well. This was a GREAT experience. What a great Tow Company

Dave from Kansas Tow Company received my call from Onstar. They arrived they were very kind, helpful and very perfessional. I am a older woman and have had to call a few towing companies in my lifetime. I have never met such a nice crew of men. They were there to tow my car to a garage, they were quick about loading the car up on their truck. They made sure it was carefully put on and tied down, secure and delivered to the car garage of my choice. They had it loaded up and delivered to garage in a matter of 10, 15 minutes. There was no hassle, no paperwork everything was taken care between them and Onstar I was very thankful for them. I would highly recommend Kansas Tow Company!

Yesterday I had to get my car towed to a mechanic since my starter was dead and I needed to get a replacement. I called AAA and they’ve connected me to this specific tow company. I was on the phone with Xavier and he was very kind and professional the whole way through. Actually this was my first time ever requesting to get my vehicle towed, and I sadly forgot to leave my keys for Xavier, but he still managed to take my car to my mechanic with no issues. I’m truly grateful that Xavier was able to help me despite the fact that I wasn’t present since I was working at my 2nd job at that time. Thank you all!
