I try to avoid towing like the plague, but about 0200 the this past Saturday I needed help in the worst way. Fortunately, the best tow service I've ever experienced was there for me. The short of it was I left I-70 in my precious pickup and jumped a ravine. I was towing an enclosed trailer with most of my life possessions in it. The truck was destroyed and the trailer exploded like a Hiroshima blast. 4B Towing and Repair extracted the truck with its contents then proceeded to collect and store most everything that was in the trailer. Much of the trailer contents was high value and some was dangerous gear. They stored everything like it was there own and secured the most valuable contents. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for their professionalism, kindness, and generosity. In my seventy-two years I've experienced my share of calamity, but I've always been blessed to have a guardian angel standing watch. That's how I feel about 4B. If you ever need reach out to them rest assured you are reaching the best. And if you see Corey, say hey for me. He's the kind of young man I wish everyone was. Thanks 4B!

Thank God for 4B! I was quickly rescued by the owner himself, Santee, on a warm Sunday, early evening. He went above & beyond! He picked me up at the 24/7 Travel Store to take me to my broken-down KIA down on I-70. (A patrol officer had given me a ride there.) I stayed in his nice, clean, air-conditioned truck as he wenched my car on to the flat bed of his tow truck. I felt comfortable & safe. I knew I would be needing to spend the night in Wakeeney, so he gave me a ride to the Best Western. My car was full of luggage, food, my computer stuff, etc. He got everything I wanted out of the car for me (which was almost everything.) I knew he had a heart when he spotted my silk covered pillow, and asked: "Do you want your own pillow for tonight?" (Yes! I had forgotten about that important item.) He got a luggage cart & loaded everything, and wheeled it in to the hotel lobby for me. When I told him that my husband would call him in the morning to discuss the condition of my car, he said my husband was welcome to even call him that night! (On a Sunday! During a Chiefs game!) Earlier in the truck, I had told him I was trying to get to my elderly father in Topeka who had pneumonia. Santee said that if I needed, they could get me to Hays (37 miles away) tomorrow so I could rent a car to get to my dad. That thoughtful offer left me speechless! You know, I had every reason to be stressed.... about the car, my father, & having to spend money on a hotel,... but Santee's HUMANKINDNESS left me feeling good inside, & like everything would be alright. And it was. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, ...but it was the kindness that I most appreciated. I'm so glad I chose to call TB Towing & Repair to help me.

We called 4B from the side of the highway with a flat tire on our camper at 9:00 pm. Santee was there within 20 minutes and had us back on the road in less than 10 minutes! He had us come by the shop the next morning and we got a new set of tires all around and settled the bill. He was so kind, and very thorough.
