Awesome service and very friendly people. Payne’s has done a splendid job on my dump truck. In the past 3 years, I have trusted Payne’s with over $25,000 worth of work. They always deliver an excellent service that cannot be found elsewhere. I’ve also been towed by their large heavy wrecker and can tell you first hand, Payne’s is very good at towing/recovery. The mechanics are great as well and take their time to explain everything when your truck has a breakdown. The owner has even personally taken his time to educate me on some preventative maintenance for my dump truck. Our community is fortunate to have such a friendly, reliable go-to shop for heavy trucks. I’m always happy to recommend Payne’s!

Do not go to this place. Terrible customer service. They installed a differential for us and forgot to tighten up one bolt causing all the oil to spill out. Jimmy (manager) claims his workers are incapable of ever making a mistake. Also claims that we removed the bolt. Jimmy would only take responsibility if a certified technician would call to make the claim, thats pretty odd. He wouldn't take my word for it but definitely took my money when it was time to pay. Maybe that why they been in business so long, stealing money from other businesses.
