DO NOT USE!! He has never paid us for our vehicle. He towed our vehicle after a spin out in an ice storm. We didn't even choose him - the Highway Patrol officer called him. We were from out of town, the vehicle only had liability and was obviously totaled. He charged more than $300 for the tow (just a few miles) and would charge $60 a day storage. We paid the tow right away with our credit card. We made a deal to sell the vehicle for the cost of the tow. He got the title but we never got the money or any reimbursement of the credit card. We have reached out multiple times and he "promised" to send a check but now won't even answer our calls. Sounds like this guy takes advantage of out of towers who have no other options.

Was told that they could tow my car from Emporia to Burlington and would do it in the morning. Have called and texted multiple times no response. Had to call Flinthills which they helped out a lot. Very annoyed and will no longer be thinking about this unreliable company again.
