I needed a car really bad and they gave me an amazing deal on a great car and gave me all the information I asked for before I drove all the way out there. If you need a great cheap reliable car I’d definitely check them out

We were halfway to our destination, when the alternator gave out and we were left stranded with my 3 month old baby. Simmons got out to us within 40 mins and towed the vehicle to the shop. The employees were wonderful to work with and we look forward to doing business with them again.

Took my car to them because my car was cutting out and dying everytime i started it until I got it up to speed. Then it did fine. Initially they tell me it's one of two things and gave me print out estimates of the repair(s) that potentially needed done. I was told if it wasn't the repair that was $250 (an oil pressure sensor) then it was for sure the timing belt, but they were certain it was the timing chain. I didn't want to pay the high amt ($1300) if it was just the sensor so we started with the sensor. I was reassured that based on their computer readings, they ruled out everything except those two things and that one of the two would for sure fix my car. They fix the sensor and not fixed so I hesitate, but give them the go ahead to do the timing belt since they were certain that would fix it. Everytime I talked to them, the price went up because something else would keep needing replaced WITH the timing belt. Eventually, 1.5 weeks AND $2000 later (when I have an original quote on paper of $1300, but did agree to all the other things they talked about to go with the timing chain) I FINALLY get my car back. And guess what?! It was doing the SAME thing it was doing when I brought it in before I even got home. SAME. EXACT. THING. So I take it back. They start hooking it up again and try to determine what's going on. I'm extremely upset because I've had to miss a LOT of work and reschedule a LOT of appointments. I sit and wait while they check it out and FINALLY at close they tell me they got a faulty part and it'll be replaced and working for free since it's still under warranty. They tell me they can have the part the next day. That would've been yesterday, Thursday. I give them time and hear nothing yesterday. Today goes by. Nothing. Finally call them close to close and they tell me they can't figure it out and now it must be something else!! What?! So now TWO weeks and just over $2k later I'm told they can put it back together and give it to me as is (umm what?!) Or they'll continue trying to work on it but it'll cost more!! No! Absolutely unacceptable. I'm close to contacting fox 4 problems solvers or even an attorney at this point because it's completely unacceptable that I took my vehicle in with a very specific problem to fix and for a large amt of money later, they want to give it back to me unfixed, with the same problem I took it to them for. Updated to add: business attempt to locate and repair the issue. Issue remains unresolved. Was advised to take to dealership for further diagnostic/repair and was not provided any reimbursement for the issue not being fixed.
