Platinum Automotive is the best. Matt and the team are honest and hardworking. We once had an issue with the brakes on our family vehicle right before a trip to Texas. The parts would not come in on time, so Matt had his guys switch out the components from his own vehicle onto ours so that we could go on the trip. It was service above and beyond. I only take my vehicles to Platinum now and trust them to do right by me and my family.

Very good communication about my vehicle. I was texted with each issue to include pictures then followed with a phone call with explanations. A very outstanding system. I dealt with the technician who diagnosed and repaired all issues on my vehicle. Very well planned it can be frustrating with other Auto shops when having to speak with different people who are not part of the repair of the vehicle. Platinum Auto is on another level with team work and professional service. Pricing was reasonable matching other Auto shops in the area. The service was accurate and on point. I have a diagnostic tool at home I use before taking it in and they find the same issues and some times are able to determine other issues I miss showing pictures and explanations. Platinum Auto are my personal technicians now.

Platinum took great care of us. They did a total engine replacement for my son’s truck. We were kept updated, findings were explained, and the turn around time was surprisingly quick given the amount of work done. I highly recommend them for their quality, honest service.
