I was recently broken down off I-231 in a double-decker bus. I tried everyone between Newton and Wichita. Knowone would even try to come out and attempt to tow us. Worked with Dispatcher Jon and driver Austin. They were amazing and very professional. We had bad luck the 1st try, but after communicating with my ppl and Jon to troubleshoot what needs to be done in order to safely tow and deliver the bus back to Kansas city. They made it happen. Really appreciate ya'lls service and even trying to work with us. We were able to catch our flights back to TX on time as well. Thank you! ?

My pickup had a dead battery, I had stopped for a nap at the Newel travel center and the key was on. They wanted $80 to come 0.3 miles to give me a jump that took 5 minutes Skeeters wanted $40 and they are 1.7 miles away. But someone came along with some battery cables and give me a jump for free.

Considering its usually less than desirable circumstances that bring you to a towing company, it was a very pleasant experience with extremely helpful employees (phoned in several times with questions and they couldnt have been nicer!) and prompt service.
