No better nor worse than any auto parts store I've been to. As long as there are no other customers in the store, they're great to work with. But each time I went, there was only 2 people staffed and 1 of them was completely unhelpful. But the other employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it's advertised, don't expect someone to actually change a battery, change windshield wipers, or test your battery; they just aren't staffed to do that. If you get lucky and you're the only customer, then it's great service and you're in and out quickly. But if you need help with even picking the correct item for your car and there's another customer, then you'll be waiting a good 30 minutes. But I have the same experience at any auto parts store. This store has a ramp, but there are no handicap spots nor is the door automatic.

Awesome team that works here! We broke down at 6:30 PM and needed a battery and an alternator. The great folks here helped us with the switch and loaned the tools so that we could keep working even after they closed. Got back on the road without any other issues. These guys all deserve a raise!
