I damaged the back hatch door of my minivan. The entire hatch door needed to be replaced. They communicated with my insurance in terms of providing a quote, etc. I was told the repair would take four days but they only had to keep my minivan on Mon, Tue, and Wed for repair. I received a text on Thursday morning letting me know it was ready. Another nice surprise is they saved me $100 off of my $500 deductible. The only negative thing I would say is they rarely answer the phone. In order to communicate with them, my husband had to go over there in person (luckily it's a one minute drive down the road, but if this business was in a different town, not being able to reach someone would have been an issue and I probably would have found a different place). Overall I would recommend this place (and if needed, I will do business there again)! They are friendly, fast, and do quality work!

Brian Collins can make your car look like new again after that deer decided to jump in your lane. Or that other car bumped in to you. Brian is very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend them.
