Hands down best experience I have ever had. Truck broke down just outside Pratt, and Noah was kind enough to stop to see if everything was alright on his way home from his shift. He went above above and beyond to help me, attempting to jump the truck, and even offering to drive me to the store to pick up the part I needed. Jordan, the owner, met us back at my truck where he put in the new alternator just as the winter storm was rolling in. Due to this stellar team I didn't turn into an icicle or get delayed for a day or two waiting for tow/parts/repair. 100% you should head to this store if you want quality professional assistance. Decades of experience between the whole team here and customer service through the roof. He also has an auto repair shop in Pratt called "Main Street Auto, LLC" Seriously, thank you guys.

Don't bother, owner doesn't want to take ANY responsibility for their nation wide warranty. High on price, high on attitude, low on customer service. The other fellas in the store tried but the owner wasn't having any part of it. Called corporate NAPA they said if we had a receipt he should have at least given our money back or exchanged the part. They won't be there long, too many other places in town to get dependable parts AND SERVICE.

Santa Clauss

Our son broke down driving an old pickup back to Chicago. These folks were super helpful- drove the fuel pump to the hotel where the tow truck dropped the vehicle. Saved him from a long walk. Could not ask for friendlier and more helpful service. Thank guys.
