I had a great experience with the team at CARSTAR Roeland Park. I hit a deer right before Christmas, which is obviously a stressful time for something like that to happen, but they made the repair process incredibly smooth. The communication was excellent throughout the entire stay I always knew exactly where my truck was in the process. They also worked seamlessly with Allstate, handling the insurance side of things without any headaches for me. Most importantly, the truck looks great now. You’d never know it had an encounter with a deer. If you're looking for quality work and a shop that actually keeps you in the loop, I highly recommend these guys.

10/10 recommend this place! Excellent service, very fast, and they rly went above and beyond for me when they didnt need to. I wish I could remember his name, he had a mustache and was super nice, he deserves a raise! I brought my car in last week after it got stolen and found and they fixed me right up. This is my go to place from now on!

I had my car repaired here after a wreck, and while the customer service was great and everyone was very nice, the repair experience itself was disappointing. When I picked up the car, there were still visible scuffs from the wreck that I had to point out and return to have fixed. The back door was reassembled poorly, with multiple loose pieces, and there were also loose parts on the front passenger door. Several parts were clearly not properly repaired or replaced, even though the car was returned to me as if the work was complete. I had to bring the car back multiple times to have these issues addressed. Overall, the process lasted about two months and required three additional visits after the car was supposedly finished (which I did take into consideration since this was over the holidays). Despite the friendly staff, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to others.
