Rains’ Towing and Recovery is the absolute best! On our way back home from a long weekend at the lake our Jeep Truck died. There were no auto shops or mechanics open as it was Sunday, and Rains’ Towing was the only place that answered! We were so grateful they answered! Austin and his driver were so professional and kind. They arrived to us with in 20 minutes of our request for tow and sent the estimate via text before they arrived. Their pricing was very competitive and we really appreciated them taking our truck on down to Cookeville to the dealership, while we headed back out of state! Thanks Rains’ Towing Team! We hope we won’t need to run in to you again but know right where to find you if we do!

Awesome, helpful and went above and beyond what I expected when our family needed help on holiday weekend. Had a rough trip down to Dale Hollow pulling boat, lost wheel bearing on boat trailer north of Burkesville on holiday weekend. Called Rains Towing after hours, Austin answered and was very helpful and willing to do whatever was needed. Rains identified parts needed, drove several hours to retrieve parts in TN and even did a few more repairs needed on trailer. Got all this done during holiday week at a reasonable cost! Very thankful I called Rains!
