I asked him to source a transmission for me last night, and then overnight I decided that I really didn’t want to do the install myself… I contacted him this morning, and he refunded my money within two hours. Kevin even called me to follow up to ensure that I had received the refund on my credit card. He’s an honest guy in an industry where it can be difficult to know who you trust.

WorstChoice Used Autoparts was absolutely terrible! Screwed up my order, delayed my repairs, sent me garbage broken parts. They argued with me over their order screw and then tried to charge more for their mistake. They failed to ship the right part and did not expedite shipping as they said. I paid labor at my mechanic each time I put on broken parts and ultimately had to ship off my original broken part to get rebuilt. What a waste of time and money! I would not recommend and will NEVER use again!!!
