Your team of two guys would not have been able to get the refrigerator up the stairs without my help. The Hispanic fellow was capable and was on the bottom with me. The black fellow was up top pulling the dolly but could not lift and lost his footing several times so that we had to lower the fridge and start over. When we got to the top of the stairs and stood the refrigerator upright, I noticed scratches on our wood floor. (See pics below). I gave him a 20% tip anyway.

With all due respect, you never know what to expect from a junk removal service. I’m happy to say that the 3 gentlemen that arrived at my home were top notch and class acts. They did an excellent job of removing numerous large items while also being respectful, polite, and friendly. To be direct, the qualities they displayed didn’t seem “fake” because they were “working” they just seemed like 3 hard working genuine guys who were happy to help and conversate along the way.
