I called Mitchell’s towing to haul my truck 2 counties over, they arrived on time, with a nice truck, I felt confident that they had the right equipment and experience to safely tow my truck, and they did! I was so impressed with their professionalism that I made sure to save their number in my phone, just in case I needed their services again... Today was that day... I got a 40,000+ pound concrete mixer truck stuck in 2’ deep ruts less than 5’ away from the house! The truck was leaning toward the house and sunk completely to the frame! I immediately dialed Mitchell’s towing! They came out promptly, with the tools for the job, chains, winches, and a great attitude. A little strategic planning, and a thorough examination of the situation, and Mike spring into action! He safely winched out the concrete truck and got him back on the road. He was patient, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Although I was totally at the mercy of his discretion, I must say that the ‘bill’ was surprisingly fair, especially for the quality of equipment, and the level of service, I was provided!
