This incredible team saved our hides yesterday - Me and my partner are moving up to Indiana from GA, and his car started giving him a flashing check engine light while we were going 80 down the interstate. We stopped at the rest stop right before the exit, and called a couple shops to see if anyone was able to get us in same-day. These lovely gentlemen answered and let us know that they could get his car in and run diagnostics, and try to get us out within the day. We made it over to their shop and they were friendly, chatty, and were very kind to our cat (who got to come sniff around the shop for a second)! They diagnosed the issue, gave us a lunch recommendation, and let us know they’d work on it. We were back on the road in about 2.5 hours, start-to-finish. It was a fantastic experience and the amazing staff really helped ease the panic that comes with car trouble during travel. I would 100% return - if we lived in Kentucky, this would absolutely be our main shop. I can’t emphasize enough how great they were :)

I was traveling through and accidentally fill diesel up with gas. Noticed it at pump. Called Ryder they was there with in 10 min with rollback. They helped with hotel arrangements and travel. Had us back on road next morning. A+++ services and hospitality. Great people and great service

I was visiting the area from out of town when my breaks started to go out. I took my car into Riders and they were able to get it fixed the same day for me and at a great price. The owners and employees were all very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or who happens to be passing through and unexpectedly needs their car looked at!
