Unacceptable Communication and Excessive Charges I strongly advise avoiding this shop if you’re looking for professionalism and fair treatment. After my car was towed here following an accident, I spent over a week trying to contact them without success. The shop is in an area with little to no phone service, and they made no effort to ensure I could reach them or to return my calls. During this time, they continuously racked up charges, showing no regard for the fact that I couldn’t get in touch with them to make decisions or retrieve my vehicle. Their lack of communication and transparency is highly unprofessional and costly. If you find yourself in need of auto repairs or towing services, I recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid this kind of frustrating and expensive experience.

A little expensive for a tow but normal for the area; helped very quickly and was ready for me whenever I arrived being as I called ahead. Nice and friendly service from Mr. Warren and was very understanding. He waited on me til u got back before closing and that was an A+ in my book.

We dealt with bill, This man was as friendly as I have meet we were looking for a part for my mother's van and he was closing up and took the time to take us up to the parts van and get the part .awesome guy in my book have already told several people to shop with him.
