I needed a transmission filter so stopped in Maysville O'Reilly's to pick one up, seeing that the kid waiting on me seemed unsure about which part I needed, I gave him the title so he could have the vin number. The first day he sent me home with a oil filter. Today, I make the 30 mile trip back to O'Reilly's just to be given the wrong filter once again. On the third trip my very irate mechanic took me and needless to say, he pulled the correct part immediately. I think it's ridiculous that it takes three trips to get the correct part. I think some compensation for peoples time and the gas wasted. Get it right, I don't want to have to show my ass to get the correct part, but I can.

The man and woman working 7/3/24 after 5pm. WERE AMAZING! They made sure all our parts matched what we brought, made sure we got our warranty for parts, and they helped carry everything to the truck!!! Super personable, and I am beyond appreciative!
