They wasnt very nice, when i got there i had to wait almost 2 hours to get my uhaul because the guy was gone getting a haircut, and then he didnt have the dolly i ordered and he just acted like owell it was no big deal. So i had to go to 3 different places to finally get one. Then we accidentally left a jacket in the uhaul and when i called them no one knew anything about it. Needless to say im not happy with my experience, ill definitely go somewhere else next time i need a uhaul. Coulda been just an off day. We all have them but i won't take any chances goin back there. I was absolutely not 2 hrs late you can watch your cameras and ask the guy working in the back, i waited almost 2 hrs on you. And as far as the door being wide open, that wasnt me i shut both doors, so i dont know about that, i just know you told me one of the guys may have checked out the uhaul and you would ask them the next day if they saw the jacket. But thank you for the apology.
